Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and willing to commute between Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or field coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software or CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for field staff with optimal coverage.
• Cover shift call outs and open shifts.
• Assist with office administrative duties.
• Serve as the primary contact between field personnel and office operations.
• Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to accommodate changes.
• Communicate daily assignments, updates, and instructions to field team members.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduling, attendance, and field activity logs.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics for new field staff.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps in coverage proactively.
