Job summary

Home Helpers of Westchase in Odessa, FL is seeking a Scheduling and Field Support Coordinator to keep field operations running smoothly. You will manage scheduling for field staff, cover shifts, and serve as the main liaison between field personnel and office operations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and open availability. You’ll support onboarding, maintain logs, and help ensure coverage meets changes in real time.

Qualifications

• Prior scheduling/dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software or CRMs.
• Open availability and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for field staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency
• Covering shift call outs and open shifts
• Assisting with office administrative duties
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field personnel and office operations
• Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to accommodate changes, cancellations, or urgent needs
• Communicate daily assignments, updates, and instructions to field team members
• Maintain accurate records of scheduling, attendance, and field activity logs
• Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics for new field staff
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps in coverage proactively
