This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume recruiting, building talent pipelines, and driving timely feedback throughout the hiring process. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on field operations or related sectors.
• Experience recruiting for operational leadership and multi-site roles.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.
• Ability to speak the language of operations and understand related metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field operations and leadership openings.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing operational hiring needs.
• Partner closely with Operations leaders and hiring managers to drive the process.
