Insight Global is seeking a Field Operations Recruiter to support hiring across its growing operations organization in Chicago. You will partner with Operations leadership and hiring managers to attract, source, and hire field-based and operational talent.

This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume recruiting, building talent pipelines, and driving timely feedback throughout the hiring process. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on field operations or related sectors.
• Experience recruiting for operational leadership and multi-site roles.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.
• Ability to speak the language of operations and understand related metrics.

This recruiter will partner closely with Operations leadership and hiring managers to attract, source, and hire talent for field-based and operational positions across the business. The recruiter will serve as a trusted talent partner, helping fill critical operational roles while driving urgency and accountability throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Recruit For

The Field Operations team supports operational footprint and customer-facing locations. Hiring needs may include:

• Operations Managers


• Assistant Operations Managers


• Directors of Operations


• Regional Operations Leaders


• Site Managers


• Field Supervisors


• Parking Operations Personnel


• Customer Experience Representatives


• Enforcement and Compliance Staff


• Other field-based and operational leadership positions

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field operations and operational leadership openings


• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels


• Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews


• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing operational hiring needs


• Partner closely with Operations leaders and hiring managers


• Drive the interview process and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders


• Manage candidate activity within the ATS


• Develop recruiting strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill operational roles


• Maintain strong communication with field leaders throughout the hiring lifecycle


• Act as a proactive partner who keeps hiring processes moving forward

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on field operations, operations, logistics, retail, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, or other operational environments


• Experience recruiting for operational leadership and field-based positions


• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms


• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives


• Ability to speak the language of operations and understand concepts such as:o Workforce schedulingo Hours workedo Staffing levelso Operational performance metricso Contract size and volumeo Order and service volume


• Experience managing hiring managers and driving accountability throughout the recruiting process


• Strong stakeholder management skills


• Experience working within an ATS environment


• ICIMS experience strongly preferred


• Experience in high-growth or fast-scaling organizations


• Experience recruiting for multi-site or field-based organizations
  
• Background supporting operations, hospitality, transportation, retail, logistics, or service organizations
