Insight Global is seeking a Field Operations Recruiter to support hiring across its operations organization. This role partners with Operations leadership to attract, source, and hire field-based and operational positions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles high-volume recruiting, and communicates effectively with operations leaders and hiring managers to drive urgency and accountability throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on field operations
• Experience recruiting for operational leadership and field-based positions
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives
• Experience managing hiring managers and driving accountability throughout the recruiting process
• Experience working within an ATS environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership and hiring managers to attract, source, and hire talent for field-based positions
• Drive urgency and accountability throughout the recruiting process
• Manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Support high-volume recruiting initiatives and build strong candidate pipelines
