Metropolis is hiring a Contract Recruiter (Field Operations) to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline, supervisory, and regional roles across multiple site markets. You will source locally, screen extensively, and align with Field Operations Managers and People Operations to onboard essential talent for entry-level attendants to facility managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing 15–25+ open requisitions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of geo-targeted sourcing via local channels and events.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment databases.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for field operations roles across multi-site markets.
• Deploy targeted sourcing through local job boards, trade schools, fairs, and referrals.
• Screen applications, conduct phone screens, assess reliability and qualifications.
• Coordinate with regional managers to calibrate requirements and interview schedules.
• Maintain active talent pipeline in ATS for turnover and launches.
• Extend offers and guide through background checks and onboarding.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, pass-through, source efficacy.
• Act as first touchpoint for Metropolis in local communities.
