Job summary

Xpanner is building a field-ready automation platform for construction, with a Texas office driving day-to-day operations and growth. We seek an Office Operations Manager to oversee field operations coordination, facilities, procurement, and cross-functional communication in a startup environment.

You will partner with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient office workflows, manage schedules, and support scaling of our U.S. operation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership.
• Strong ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations Coordination: act as the central operational link for field team and coordinate inquiries.
• Demo & POC Coordination: manage scheduling, day-of coordination, and testing support for demos and POCs.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: coordinate external contractors and site build-outs with timelines.
• Operational Support & Office Management: assist Head of Field Operations with reporting and documentation; oversee facilities and procurement.
