Job summary

QXO is seeking a Field Manager to lead daily field operations for installation projects, coordinating schedules with customers, subcontractors, and teams to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, customer service, and operational excellence, with experience in residential construction and the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or field management experience preferred.
• Experience in residential construction, finish carpentry, window/trims, or exterior building products preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and installation drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and manage installation activities.
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule completion at all sites.
• Monitor progress, address scheduling conflicts, and field issues.
