Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager-Field Operations to support field personnel across multiple projects and locations.

This role links field staff, Program Managers, HR, and Accounting to ensure timely timesheets, expenses, reporting, and staffing adequacy, with potential growth into a Project Manager role. Candidates hired locally will report to the Atlanta office to support project and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience supporting engineering, construction, consulting, or technical service projects.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively with both office and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for field employee personnel matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, staffing changes, and employee communications.
• Assist supervisors and Project Managers in resolving employee concerns and workplace issues.
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts.
