Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Manager for the Southeast Michigan region, based in Troy. You will lead Supervisors and Officers, manage client relationships, and oversee contract operations across multiple sites within Southeast MI and surrounding areas.

The role requires travel, an active Concealed Pistol License, and a commitment to training and compliance. This is a full-time, first-shift position reporting to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in security or related fields.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: lead Supervisors and Officers while maintaining client relationships.
• Oversee the relationship between client contacts and the operations manager.
• Ensure site visits are completed per Post Orders and schedule.
• Ensure timely outfitting of employees and maintain equipment inventory.
• Enforce policy compliance and progressive discipline with HR guidance.
• Foster client relations and ensure 16 hours per week in billable capacity.
• Coordinate training, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and evaluations.
