Stronghold Security Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager / security supervisor to implement robust processes and practices. You will formulate strategy, enhance performance, ensure compliance, and drive business development across client sites in Michigan.

You will enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments requiring site travel, and lead a security team to uphold vital protocols while delivering high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience (5 yrs preferred) in security, administrative, or supervisor roles.
• Proven work history in a similar role.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

Operations Manager / security supervisor

Description

This role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. Formulating strategy, improving performance, compliance, and business development.

You will enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard our organization and our clients. Perform routine security assessments (will require travel to sites) to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, crafting strategies for risk reduction. You’ll oversee daily security operations, managing the security team, ensuring that our agents are following vital protocols, and our clients are satisfied with our service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient task completion and that all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices as needed.
• Manage compliance of the security team and Company.
• Recruit, train, & supervise staff as needed.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
