Job summary

Aegeus Inspection Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Regional Manager by guiding staff toward safety, quality, productivity, and related performance goals in the office. You will manage daily operations, client relations, and staff productivity at the assigned facility.

The role requires leadership to plan, organize, and coordinate tasks, perform client inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance. A $1500 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive supervisory work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience performing internal and external inspections.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Familiar with and able to implement company safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, organize, assign tasks, direct, coordinate and control field office operations to meet client relationships.
• Perform inspections for clients as required.
• Interact with on-site client personnel at field locations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; maintenance inspections.
• Coordinate with managers, departments or contractors to resolve problems.
• Establish departmental policies, goals and procedures.
