Job summary

Apex Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to oversee field projects across multiple sites, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will develop procedures, manage foremen and crews, and coordinate with project management to meet schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes leadership, incident prevention, and continuous improvement in a dynamic construction environment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, preferably in the construction or fencing industry.
• Strong leadership and safety-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
• Experience with safety protocols and training, including OSHA compliance.
• Strong understanding of equipment and tool maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively (up to 85%) to job sites across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of projects to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance safety, project performance, resource utilization, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate construction activities and supervise all field personnel, including foremen and laborers.
• Monitor the progress of projects, track production, and ensure construction schedules are met.
• Provide leadership to address site challenges and unforeseen obstacles while maintaining safety.
