Job summary

Isi-Design-and-Installation-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, manage crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project teams and customers to deliver on-time results.

The role requires supervising field staff, scheduling, site inspections, and strong communication across departments. Travel to multiple job sites is expected, with emphasis on OSHA compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience supervising field crews.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily/weekly work schedules optimizing labor and materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate field operations with project management and logistics for smooth execution.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies and safety procedures.
