Certus Pest, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee service teams delivering pest control solutions, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will schedule technicians, monitor performance, and support sales targets while maintaining compliance across operations.

The role emphasizes leadership in the field, coordination of resources, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards to drive efficient, reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of driving experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service industry or service management.
• Ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check, substance abuse testing, and three-year motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of routes and services.
• Provide field leadership by directing technicians, ride-alongs, and inspecting work quality.
• Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, expense controls, and adherence to pricing and sales guidelines.
• Ensure fleet, equipment, and tools are maintained in safe, operational condition.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies and regulations.
