Job summary

Aegeus Inspection Solutions in the Western Region seeks an Advanced Services Manager to lead the NDT and pipeline integrity group, delivering billable field and technical work while driving growth, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will guide strategy, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and oversee performance across operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and profitable service expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of NDT experience to articulate applicable NDT techniques for customer solutions.
• 5+ years of advanced services and pipeline integrity experience.
• Ability to be certified or currently have an existing 3rd party Level II certification in UT, MT, and PAUT.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable advanced and pipeline integrity services following client and company procedures.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth.
• Develop, maintain and foster relationships with clients to support business development in the Western Region.
• Provide technical direction and guidance on advanced NDT methods and pipeline integrity.
• Monitor KPIs to track progress against objectives and market penetration.
• Recruit and retain top talent and manage financial performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential financial, operational and compliance risks.
• Engage with stakeholders, regulators, and industry groups to promote services.
• Perform site visits and job walks as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
