Job summary

Aegeus Inspection Solutions Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Regional Manager in Maine. You will lead field office operations, supervise staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage client relations to drive productivity.

You will conduct client inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client needs while promoting profitability and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years progressive supervisory work experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience performing internal and external inspections.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with company safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plan, organize, assign tasks, direct and control field office operations.
• Perform inspections for clients as required.
• Manage relationships with on-site client personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments or contractors to resolve problems.
• Develop and implement departmental goals, policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff are trained and skills developed to meet operational goals.
• Provide technical support for field operations per PT/MT/RT/AWS/IRRSP as needed.
• Respond to customer questions about products, prices, and availability.
• Identify prospective customers and discuss needs and solutions.
