Job summary

Examinetics is seeking a Manager - Field Operations to lead our field organization and support clients across multiple construction projects and markets. This role reports to the Director of On-Site Safety Operations and acts as an extension of leadership in the field, focusing on people, client relationships, and day-to-day operations.

• Strong construction background and safety knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across multiple projects and markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with client leaders and field staff.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard field personnel.
• Coach performance, attendance, reliability, and professionalism.
• Coordinate onboarding and staff deployment.
• Balance employee, client, and Progressive Safety interests.
• Coordinate emergency field support when needed.
• Maintain safety and construction knowledge on active sites.
• Understand business model, contracts, and staffing profitability.
• Support training and development.
