Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to lead Field Managers and Technicians, drive service quality, and foster growth. You will hire, train, and coach a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional customer experience and safety.

The role emphasizes field coaching, route optimization, budgeting, and maintaining regulatory compliance while promoting a strong safety culture. A hands-on leader with pest control experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance, employee engagement, and goals.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to ensure service quality and customer experience.
• Monitor operation performance including route efficiency, service completion, and customer retention to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support field operations by running service routes, auditing tickets, and assisting with incident reporting and budgeting.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions related to service delivery, scheduling, customer escalations, and resource allocation.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000.
