Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists to deliver superior service.
• Direct staff in operations, service, and client care.
• Oversee basic financial performance, revenue growth and expense control.
• Travel within territory to assist specialists and collaborate with sales.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reports.
