Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of full-time experience in general construction maintenance.
• Must obtain CDL Class A within 12 months of hire.
• Must obtain NM Dept. of Agriculture pest certifications within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance on flood control structures.
• Assist with installation and site maintenance for flood warning system infrastructure.
• Attend on-site training to stay informed on department policy and procedures.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Read, interpret and follow construction plans and markings.
• Operate equipment and transport materials to project sites.
