Job summary

KINGS III provides critical communications services and emergency dispatch support. Kings III is seeking a Field Support Specialist in Coppell, TX to manage fleet records, shipping, inventory transfers, and cellular activations, working with internal teams and external partners.

You will contribute to data accuracy, vendor coordination, and efficient operations while supporting company objectives and service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 2 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience in fleet management, inventory, field service, or warehouse ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for technicians, carriers, fleet providers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate issue resolution, provide status updates, escalate when needed.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Support implementation of new systems and operational initiatives.
