Job summary

Kings III, a Dallas-based emergency communications company, is seeking a Dispatcher/Installation Coordinator to manage technician scheduling and installation coordination in your assigned commercial territory. You will optimize field resources, communicate with customers, and track job progress from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Scheduling experience of remote field personnel preferred.
• Knowledge of Alarm/Emergency Phone or Elevator industry preferred.
• Understanding of resource planning requirements in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem solving and ability to proactively address issues.
• Strong project management skills, ability to meet targets within budgets/timelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Dispute resolution and influencing skills to manage requests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor resources and expenditures for installation and service calls in your assigned territory.
• Identify training needs for technicians and provide feedback to managers.
• Monitor and update current and past sales to ensure proper management of all installation and service requests in your assigned territory.
• Assist with forecasting installations with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.
• Ensure optimal Field Operation schedules to achieve service quality and technician efficiency in their assigned territory.
• Adhere to Kings III Core Values, policies, and procedures; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ensure effective communication with all appropriate areas of the business.
• Provide phone support for service and installation appointments and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by your manager.
