Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of contractor or elevator mechanic licensing processes preferred.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply state and local regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tracking databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of licenses for Field Service operations across states.
• Track expiration dates and submit renewals and documents on time.
• Maintain up-to-date licensing records across jurisdictions.
• Research and interpret state/local regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Field Service leadership to maintain required licenses and certifications.
• Coordinate exam scheduling and continuing education requirements.
