Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Field Operations Manager to take ownership of field execution for a portfolio of projects. You will balance safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial targets while planning resources and coaching supervisors across your territory.

You will collaborate with product/design, program management, RF, transport, and TAC teams to ensure proper installation and commissioning of network equipment and adherence to deployment objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–10 years in field or network engineering.
• Experience in wireless network design, installation, and optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of dispersed crews, balancing safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.
• Plan resources, coach supervisors, remove roadblocks, and translate objectives into field execution.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks and site work to Field Technicians.
• Interface with customers and partners to finalize designs and ensure proper implementation of network architecture.
• Provide direction to field engineers to meet project milestones and communicate progress to management.
