• Meet EPA and regulatory targets for water/wastewater operations.
• Supervise standards, policies, and plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained.
• Develop cost-effective solutions and coach employees across operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to mitigate business risks.
