Home Instead® | We Care Senior Care is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to develop leaders and strengthen operations across our 15 locations. The role involves hands-on field work, coaching, and acting General Manager duties when needed, with 85–95% travel from Brentwood, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Leadership or operations experience in home care, senior services, multi-location operations, or another service-oriented industry.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing employees or management teams.
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of financial performance and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Leaders: Partner with the Vice President to train, coach, and support General Managers and other key team members.
• Strengthen Branch Operations: Travel to locations to identify opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and help teams improve performance.
• Step Into Leadership: Serve as Acting General Manager during temporary vacancies, overseeing daily operations and supporting employees and clients.
• Drive Consistency: Implement standardized training, operating procedures, and leadership best practices across locations.
• Support Team Success: Build relationships with local teams, provide coaching, and help leaders achieve goals.
• Monitor Progress: Track training milestones, operational improvements, and branch transitions; inform VP.
