Job summary

BestDrive is seeking an Operations Development Supervisor to support store operations, leadership readiness, and employee development across its growing network. This hands-on role focuses on stabilizing locations, training staff, and preparing stores for long-term success in field environments.

The role involves extensive travel (approximately 75% in the first 3–8 months) and requires leadership in coaching, staffing, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operational or field leadership experience.
• Experience in tire/ automotive service or fleet service environments is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and support to stores experiencing management vacancies.
• Deliver operational training and coaching to Store Managers, Service Leads, Technicians, and other operational employees.
• Partner with HR and recruiting teams to support hiring efforts and onboarding activities.
• Monitor store readiness, service quality, staffing levels, and training completion; reinforce procedures.
