Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to strengthen operations and develop leaders across 15 locations. You will travel 85-95% to sites, partnering with executives and General Managers, and stepping into temporary leadership roles as needed.

This developmental role offers growth toward future GM opportunities and requires hands-on field work, strong coaching, and a focus on standardizing training and operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading operations across multiple sites or locations.
• Strong coaching and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop leaders by training, coaching, and supporting General Managers and key team members.
• Travel to branches to identify opportunities, troubleshoot, and improve performance.
• Serve as Acting General Manager during vacancies and oversee daily operations.
• Implement standardized training, procedures, and leadership best practices across locations.
• Build relationships with local teams and provide practical coaching to achieve goals.
• Monitor training milestones and branch transitions, reporting progress to leadership.
