Hoist & Crane Service Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead field operations with an emphasis on profitability and safety. You will collaborate with planners on scheduling, manage job costs and procurement, and oversee accounting functions at the branch level.

The role requires 5+ years in field or industrial settings with supervisory experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills. Applicants must pass drug and background checks and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field or industrial experience, supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with computers.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proven knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and sit or stand for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations and profitability.
• Coordinate with planners on scheduling and job costs.
• Handle procurement and accounting functions for the branch.
• Assess financial impact of field operations; report to Branch Manager.
• Oversee Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting duties.
• Assist field operations with troubleshooting, tooling needs, and parts availability.
