Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead field service teams, ensure safety, and drive profitability across the assigned Territory/Branch. You will oversee Supervisors, Technicians, and Site Managers, while coordinating with Planning and Project Management to schedule service work.

The role emphasizes KPI management, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, with travel as needed. Excellent leadership and communication are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as a manager in customer service operations (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety meetings, toolbox talks, and vehicle/equipment inspections.
• Direct Field Supervisors, Inspectors, Technicians, Site Managers and Supervisors.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving concerns per VoC process.
• Coordinate with Planning/PM for sold service work and schedule WIP.
• Drive productivity and monitor gross margin and branch profitability.
• Maintain equipment and assets in safe, good working order.
