Qualifications

• 3+ years in field-based operations or similar
• Experience supervising a crew or field operations
• Ability to forecast revenue and manage performance
• Experience estimating or quoting transportation or service-based work
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and compliance
• Excellent customer relation skills and service orientation
• Familiarity with route planning and job costing
• Valid Class B CDL or higher required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily routes and work assignments for drivers and field personnel
• Lead, coach and hold teams accountable for safety, service quality, and productivity
• Monitor route efficiency, productivity and cost performance
• Build strong customer relationships and act as primary operational contact
• Quote and estimate work to support profitable growth
• Develop and manage weekly/monthly revenue forecasts
• Manage job costs, materials, and changes during work
• Conduct fleet and facility inspections and ensure compliance
