Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a field operations or outdoor services team
• Experience in water/sewer/septic work
• Ability to plan, cost jobs, and handle changes
• Licensed (or willing to become) septic installation and CDL Class B
• Strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day work for a team of field techs — scheduling, coaching, and solving problems in the field
• Oversee technicians on site — quality, safety, and policy adherence
• Help manage job costs, materials, and changes during the work
• Ensure compliance with local permitting and inspection requirements
• Build relationships with crew, customers, and internal support teams
• Train and develop team members — promote from within
• Support the Operations Manager and step up when needed
