Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a leadership-focused professional to oversee technician recruiting and training, driving accountability and retention. You will recruit residential and commercial pest technicians, assess performance, respond to customer concerns, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across branch operations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in recruiting and staff development.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential/commercial pest technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in periodically to cover staffing gaps on customer appointments.
• Monitor branch scheduling to ensure efficient appointment completion.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest/termite control products.
