Job summary

Interior Logic Group seeks a Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion. You will lead field crews, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities. Expect regular on-site work with travel to multiple sites and a focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience supervising field crews.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily and weekly work schedules.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
