Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Field Manager to oversee all field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. You will lead field crews, coordinate with project teams, and serve as the on-site liaison to customers and stakeholders.

You will supervise scheduling, inspections, and issue resolution while maintaining strong communication across departments. Occasional travel and extended hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience supervising field crews.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily and weekly work schedules optimizing labor and materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays or rework.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policy, installation practices, and safety.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment emphasizing accountability and teamwork.
• Evaluate field team performance and identify development opportunities.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for customers, builders, and subcontractors.
• Report progress, challenges, and solutions with leadership.
• Submit field reports, photos, and completion docs using approved systems.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
• Maintain safety program compliance and conduct jobsite inspections; enforce actions.
• Keep up-to-date with OSHA/local safety standards.
• Readiness and coordination with other departments to ensure on-time delivery.
