Interior Logic Group is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships on-site.

The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and process improvement, with travel to multiple sites. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred along with 5+ years in field operations or project management, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software and field reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations Management: Supervise and manage field crews to ensure projects are completed according to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Team Leadership & Training: Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies, installation practices, and safety procedures.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, builders, and subcontractors.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company safety programs.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Maintain project status records and implement process improvements.
