Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and implement daily/weekly field work schedules.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress and compliance.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize delays and rework.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead training and mentoring on safety and installation best practices.
• Serve as on-site contact for customers, subcontractors, and builders.
• Maintain accurate field reports and drive process improvements.
