This dynamic, hands-on role requires 3–7 years in operations, strong leadership, and a background in logistics. You will collaborate with Home Depot associates to resolve issues swiftly and uphold safety standards across the fleet.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Operations, Logistics, or Transportation Management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and route management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across locations, ensuring quality service from start to finish.
• Address customer needs, manage complaints and escalations within the same day.
• Support team by monitoring performance and creating improvement plans.
• Enforce safety standards, maintain fleet compliance, and oversee maintenance.
• Schedule and optimize technician routes; coordinate vehicle inspections.
• Review performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Home Depot stores to ensure smooth operations.
