Temco Logistics is seeking a Field General Manager to oversee daily delivery operations across multiple locations in the United States. You will lead a team of drivers, ensure top-tier customer service, and optimize efficiency while supporting drivers to exceed expectations.

The role emphasizes safety, cross-location coordination, and proactive problem-solving to maintain high service levels for Home Depot’s Direct from Store program.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in Operations, Logistics, or Transportation Management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred;equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across locations and ensure quality service from start to finish.
• Address customer needs, manage inquiries and escalations, and resolve issues with Home Depot associates.
• Lead and motivate technicians to meet performance goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Enforce dock safety standards, ensure compliance, and uphold fleet maintenance protocols.
• Plan and optimize technician routes, coordinate vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Review performance metrics and document service failures to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Home Depot stores to align on customer needs and ensure smooth operations.
