Temco Logistics, in partnership with The Home Depot, seeks a Field General Manager to oversee daily delivery operations across multiple sites in Texas. You will lead drivers, ensure top-tier service, and optimize routes, safety, and fleet performance.

The role requires 3–7 years in Operations or Transportation, a bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience considered), and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: conduct site visits to evaluate deliveries and ensure quality service.
• Address customer needs: manage complaints, inquiries, and escalations with Home Depot associates.
• Support your team: monitor and motivate technicians to meet performance goals and create improvement plans.
• Ensure safety and compliance: enforce dock safety standards and fleet maintenance protocols.
• Fleet and route management: schedule and optimize technician routes and vehicle inspections.
• Continuous improvement: review performance metrics and document service failures for improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: coordinate with Home Depot stores to align on customer needs.
