• 3–7 years in Operations, Logistics, or Transportation Management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: conduct site visits to evaluate deliveries and ensure quality service from start to finish.
• Address customer needs: manage complaints, delivery inquiries, and escalations with Home Depot associates to resolve issues the same day.
• Support your team: monitor and motivate technicians, provide feedback and action plans for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety & compliance: enforce dock safety standards, uphold fleet maintenance protocols.
• Fleet & route management: schedule and optimize technician routes; oversee vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Continuous improvement: review performance metrics, document service failures, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: coordinate with Home Depot stores to align on customer needs.
