Job summary

Temco Logistics LLC is seeking a Field General Manager to oversee daily delivery operations across multiple locations in the Tampa area. You will lead a team of drivers and technicians, ensuring top-tier service while optimizing routes and fleet performance.

You will monitor performance, address customer needs, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with Home Depot stores to meet service levels and escalate improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in Operations, Logistics, or Transportation Management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and route management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues with Home Depot associates within the same day.
• Support drivers/technicians to meet performance goals.
• Enforce safety standards and fleet maintenance protocols.
• Schedule and optimize technician routes; oversee vehicle inspections.
• Review performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Home Depot stores to ensure smooth operations.
