Valet Living is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Area Leaders, optimize processes, and drive exceptional client service. You’ll oversee budgets, staffing, training, and compliance across field operations, with frequent travel and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

Lead & develop Area Leaders, driving engagement and accountability.
Drive operational excellence by using data insights to improve processes and service delivery.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and report financial performance.
Forecast staffing needs and partner with Recruiting for coverage.
Lead training efforts and enforce standards for systems usage, safety, and protocols.
Collaborate with Sales to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
Identify growth opportunities to expand services and client relationships.
Perform site visits to ensure service quality and safety standards.
