Groundworks Operations, LLC, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations with accountability for people, performance, and results. You’ll manage multiple crews, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and grow with a strong employee ownership program that ties impact to long-term success.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision, foundation repair, or related groundwork.
• Proven leadership of multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schedules.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Plan, organize and supervise onsite construction activities for foundation repair and related services.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors for efficient workflow.
• Monitor schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on all sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specs.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors regularly.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions.
• Oversee logistics including equipment, materials and site access.
• Mentor field staff and junior superintendents.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to budgeting and cost control for field operations.
