Groundworks is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting. You will supervise multiple crews, ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery, and maintain safety and quality standards across sites.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and project schedules.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to Groundworks' professionalism and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities for foundation repair and related groundwork services.
• Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Lead safety meetings and training to promote a safety-first culture.
• Oversee logistics including equipment, materials, and site access.
• Mentor field staff and junior superintendents to develop their skills.
• Investigate incidents or accidents and implement corrective measures.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control related to field operations.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
