Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leading and fastest-growing foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, including foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting. You will manage multiple crews, enforce safety and OSHA standards, read blueprints, and coordinate with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related groundwork.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities specific to foundation repair and related groundwork services.
• Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues.
