Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent in Knightdale, NC to lead site operations for foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting. You will manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules and budgets, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will mentor field staff, communicate with clients and project managers, and participate in safety training to promote a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schedules.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite field activities for foundation repairs.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors to ensure on-time project completion.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource use.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates.
• Mentor field staff and support junior superintendents.
• Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.
