Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and enforce safety rules.
• Read blueprints and project schedules.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities for foundation work.
• Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors for efficient workflow.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards on all job sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure design specs and standards.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture.
• Oversee logistics including equipment, materials, and site access.
• Mentor field staff and junior superintendents.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Regularly report to work on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
