Job summary

American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET) is seeking a Field Supervisor in Schofield, Wisconsin to oversee day-to-day technical operations on projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You will interface with clients and technicians and mentor staff while supporting department growth and financial management. The role requires supervising field/lab staff, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with AET and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of field and laboratory testing standards (e.g., AASHTO, ASTM, DOT).
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-standards environments.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfortable using project tracking, timekeeping, and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule field and/or laboratory staff to ensure coverage and timely project execution.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for field/lab procedures and data integrity.
• Monitor safety policies to protect employees, clients and the public.
• Coordinate with other offices and staff to increase efficiency and communication.
• Write and review data reports and ensure accuracy.
